    Slothouber did some serious, nitty gritty research for this one I just read another book on a similar topic in which I had been wishing the author indicated of the financial matters of country life, and Slothouber really does this, by following the money involved in Edward Knight s estate.

    Solid research I was hoping for a further look at finances within the Knight family itself, but this book spent time on the surrounding community Regardless, the subject is fascinating and I loved the detail she packs in.
